Are the twisted leafs heat or light stress? I'm not quite sure what's causing the orange spots on some of the leaves.

Initially she looks real dark and clawed leaves, might be getting too much nitrogen. You feeding her a lot?

I should have got one awhile ago I'll try to soon it would definitely help.If you do not know the PH in your root zone then you need to get an Accurate 8 PH soil probe (or the clone) or a Blue Lab soil probe. If you go with Blue Lab be sure to get the correct one as they make several. Do not bother with any of the cheap ones as they do not work.
Be sure to let Ocean Forest dry well between feeding/watering. Get used to lifting one end of the pot with thumb and index getting used to the weight between dry pot and wet pot. You will learn quick enough when to feed/water.Fox farms Ocean forest I dont really know what my ph is at though I think a few days ago I watered her a little too much I'm not feeding either of them anything yet could that be the reason?
