twenty20 Twenty20 Mendocino Grow&show 2022

Alright….I’ve decided to reset Knows Candy…. I had a 50% germ rate on the last set, and the one that did sprout was wonky from the start and heading in the wrong direction….so I got rid of her this morning and just dropped the remaining set of beans. I’m assuming this is a grower issue and not the genetics. Sorry for the set back, here we go again :pass::smokeit:

@Mañ'O'Green and @Twenty20 Adam Update (#17)

Time to wrap up a few loose ends. My two Mendo Skunky Garlics and two Know Candy plants are well along in the curing phase. All four were remarkably similiar in yield and height; dense, large compact colas with an enchanting aroma.

Yields averaged 2.5 oz (69.8 gr) and the height averaged 26.6" (67.6 cm).

Also, interestingly, all four took a very long time to reach harvest phase. Historically, my autoflower grows are spot-on with an average of 90 days. These four plants averaged 122 days.

In review, here's the two sets just prior to harvest:

Althrough the Knows Candy plants had large dense bud clusters, I broke them down into small nuggets during the harvesting. So these representative photos of buds don't show the impressive size prior to harvesting. Knows Candy #1 went 113 days and yielded 2.4 oz at 26" height. Here's some of her dried buds:

Knows Candy #2 went 125 days, was shorter at 22" height, but actually yieled fractionally more at 2.5 oz. Here's some of her dried buds:

999.KC2 a.jpg

As with the Knows Candy, I broke down the huge, beautiful bud clusters of the Mendo Skunky Garlic plants into small nuggets to facilitate even and efficient drying during this period of hot days and high humidity.

Mendo Skunky Garlic #1 went 126 days, grew to 29.5" (74.9 cm) and yielded 2.4 oz (68 gr). Here's a sample of her bud-lets:

Mendo Skunky Garlic #2 went 124 days, grew to 29" (73.7 cm) and yielded 2.5 oz (71 gr). Here's a sample of her bud-lets:

Kudos @Twenty20 Adam to the crew there at Twenty20 Mendocino. These were easy to grow, beautiful to observe and harvest. I'm looking forward to tasting soon. Cheers :smoking:

Day 1 Whiskey Zulu

20220731_223457.jpg

I finally got a chance to get a Whiskey Zulu in some pro mix. I had to wait like 6 weeks from my Autowreck because of a vacation. Last year I left with some in flower, and was a mess when I got home. Best if I waited, and wow does it feel like forever lol. Within 20hrs she had a small tail, but didn't look like was progressing further. I put her in some pro mix, and about a day & a half she was up. Can't wait to start training on her to see what she can take!
:naughtystep:

Stay lifted

X Factor #1 still trying to get her all trimmed. It’s taking me a bit because I had 6 plants finish at the same time. I’m close to about 2/3 of it trimmed.:baked:

It’s the small one on the left.

That’s a QP doll bag and tagged, so i’m 291 grams with a good bit to go. Looking to be a pound or better. :woohoo1:

Smells really sour with a touch of cat piss. Give it about a seven on the loudness meter.:pass:

Running total of 396. Still have the lower third of the plant still drying. Let it go another week or so. Also have a box of smaller buds from the first harvest.
