Neptune seedbank 25 dollars for guaranteed shipping. Says flat rate is 10. Anyone have experience with neptune? Not spending 25 dollars for shipping 3 seeds that weigh nothing. But 10 I might. And what's the difference? If my seeds dont show up on 10 dollar flat rate they dont replace it or what lol.

I can vouch for United, multiple orders using the $10 flat rate with zero issues and fast as well.
