Day 81 Durban Sunrise

This girl got the chop today.

I cut a sample off this plant a few days ago. It definitely came out pretty frosty.

Her buds were smaller than her sister's pheno and more spread out.

I decide to do a staggered harvest to give the lowers another week on this plant.

She is very frosty as well. Got to love these Twenty20Mendocino genetics, can't wait to try it!!

This plant was loaded with buds and the got pretty solid. I also have to say they also put off a really strong odor. They smell amazing.

Day 92 of Durban Sunrise
The smaller girl got chopped, washed and is hanging up. I had trimmed all the sun leaves and cut the sugar leaves where there were very few trichs so as not to leave spots for mold to grow.
This one had all the leaves with any sins of spider mites stripped. The mites got squished onto paper towel and hung on the plant-allegedly the smell sends em packing. Sprayed her 3 days with Dr Zymes. Gonna give her 2 more days of light, then couple days of dark, then I'll drop her, wash her and hang her out to dry.

Update on the trizkits and this bigger girl closer to the door she’s getting her main honker tops chopped tomorrow night after I clean my drying each I use! Other girl will get another week along with her lower 1/2!

No idea update # but it’s up there! Maybe 18 if I had to guesstimate but that’s 420’s job!

93 Days. Trimmed out to 540g and another 108g of incredibly frosty trim and popcorn which has been placed in the deep freeze will be used to make EHO tomorrow.

This may be the most pungently fruit-punchy smelling bud I've ever grown. It's an incredible mix of tropical fruits and a touch of earthiness. I'm still on the fence about wet vs dry trim and slow cold drying vs hanging but it came out quite nice.

Off to cure.

Edit: the pre-cure sample was absolutely superb, and I'm absolutely stoked to test it again in a few weeks. I got some of those Burp Lids from a buddy that are basically re-labeled kraut fermenting lids - the kind you use a hand pump to vac and then release fresh air into and they're my new favorite curing addition. Definitely need to buy the genetic fermenting lids when I need more though, and save like 50%.

Getting close to the end, update? Durban sunrise is smelling great. I’m getting citrus and berries. Not sure what day cuz I can’t find my record book ( damn kids) but it’s in the 70-80 day mark.

Last feed was 2 days ago, 4gpg MC and 1.5 gpg BE

Well she was looking really nice and symmetrical shame that one branch at the back didn't get the memo that one has decided to throw a double header not complaining though, she's still gonna be a beauty
