Holy Crap, this company just keeps shooting themselves in the feet! Over and over and over... Long story short... do not order from them. They might have made some changes but they are still suffering major growing pains. I had an order "triple checked" then an email saying they have sent the rest of my order in a different shipment (but only after I mention how much of a pathetic apology this will be if I don't get my order or if something is missing) I guess they quadruple checked and found something missing that fourth time? Ya, still waiting on this 2nd package a week after the first, more than likely NOT posted on the same day or even on the day I was emailed. So they are still fibbing to their customers.
Anyway, the free apology seed code works, I did receive that package. I held their hand the whole way, making sure they knew what I wanted, reminding them to what they'd agreed to send me, and they still couldn't get it right. If you do get an apology email, ask for them to replace the seeds they originally sent you unwarranted replacements for in the first place, they sent me mine after I told them how to make an effective apology. Still waiting on the "extra, extra freebies" I only asked about because they offered them to me in the first place. I am 0 for 1 in germing their free seed brand.
BOTTOM LINE- Do not expect an order to be shipped either correctly or in a timely manner if you are somehow duped into ordering from these folks.
