So after weeks and weeks of waiting for beans from across the pond I found a North American seed bank. True North, they have a slick new site looks like they spent a good amount of money getting set up so I'm pretty certain they will do good business.
Right now they have a 30% off code good until 12/29 LAUNCH30 after you give them an email address, not fully register but just give them an email address to send the code to. Seems they regularly send out 20% off codes and their prices are competitive so the 20% off is real not off a jacked up price.
They have an "insured" shipping option for $10 that means they will resend the shipment until they get a notification that it was indeed delivered. Since they basically paid for it with the 30% I figured I would get the insurance since my order was ~$140.
They give options for freebies, either 1 auto or 2 regs, one per order and another after $80.
I will report again after I've received shipment. Has to be quicker than waiting for Eurobeans.

I just did a compare. They want 60 us dollars for Think Diffrent. Herbies wants 40 us dollars. Wow thats a markup. Still I hope these guys turn out to be as credible as Emery was.

gtaseedbank.ca is a good seedbank

use to have a store front, but shut it down

Yikes. Didn't see that. I compared the strains I was after and they seemed similarly priced. Shipping kind of threw me, $25 flat rate from Canada? +$10 "insurance", that seemed a bit high. Honestly, at this point, I don't mind paying it IF THEY COULD GET IT TO ME. I know its a battle, Herbie's has been inexplicably generous in their attempts at getting me beans. Let it be known I am not affiliated with any seed bank or breeder, just want great customer service to be known as it is rare in this day and age.
I placed an order at True North thinking a North American seed bank might have better luck and quicker shipping times. I really hope this is in fact the case. If my Herbies seeds make an appearance I will certainly place more orders with them out of loyalty but only when I'm not in a hurry and that is easily understandable, not a fault of Herbie's.

Can't wait to see how it goes. Speed & Safety for your beans! Max rep for your contribution!

Rebel- Much thanks! Since my order was placed at an ungodly hour in the AM on Sat. it probably will not go out until Mon. I believe they (True North) send you a tracking # email even. Did I read somewhere thats not necessarily a good thing?

Jesus- I have to ask who is Emery?

I don't think it really matters either way. The tracking. IMO what's most important is guaranteed shipping. So that's good.

Mark Emery is a Canadian who is senselessly locked up and needs to be freed. Another casualty of the war on drugs...

As I had not received an email talking about an order sent out or a tracking number after a couple business days I thought I'd call as they provide a phone # on the website. Well, it went good and bad. Good in that someone promptly answered bad news is that the person representing True North seeds informed me he was at Wal-Mart shopping and that he would be back in front of his laptop in a few..... ya. So they don't really have the infrastructure their website represents. OK 1 man operations are cool as long as they fulfill commitments, we'll see I guess when/if I get a call back about my order.

after googling this place I would get my money back asap
