Extraction Trizzlers Problems with heads realeasing

I am using my Dry tumbler on scrap dry and frozen and which was loaded with frostiness and the damn heads are not releasing. Plenty ripe. You look under the microscope and it is a bloody mess. Never had this problem with any strain and they say this is excellent for extraction. I had just cleaned the screen and it was plenty dry. I looked under the scope and it was clean.
