New Grower Trimming autos a no-no?

Ive tried taping her down with duct tape also but the tape doesnt stick for very long, shes strong and rips the tape right off. Im using regular duct tape from home depot, is there stronger tape out there people use?

For LST tape isn't used, use yarn or twine and attach it to the side of the pot. Maybe tape the twine to the side of the pot , but deff wouldn't tape the plant.

Search YouTube for gorilla tape..... And believe it or not, there are forums where folks discuss.... Duct tape.....

Don't tape your plant. Use soft ties, garden twine, or something of that sort.

I purchase green soft ties at my local dollar store and pipe cleaners are also good, especially using fabric pots. You can anchor fairly deep in your medium or poke it through the side of your fabric pot.

What do you mean by soft ties?

Yeah, taping is bad. Don't use tape on your plant. Super grip tapes have chems in them I wouldn't want in contact with a plant, and they can damage it. Tie her down, and be gentle.
