Trichomes sticking or trouble?

I have no idea then. It does not look like webbing to me since a lot look like single point to single point and under tension.

I mean she is sticky AF (fan leaves stuck to my gloves when trimming) so i’m guessing they are just resin extensions between trichome heads as the flower expanded during budding?

I think that makes sense. Looking closely it appeared like two heads were stuck with a single strand and some are bent towards each other.

The last thing that comes to mind is Guttation. But I personally have never seen it emit from the trichomes. It definitely looks like resin though. And that's some fire looking bud. Nice work!

Another solid point the cases i’ve seen are more like live resin drops oozing out of the buds but maybe this is the start of something good LOL. Thanks @NAGreengo!

No, in all seriousness I remember when I was growing my GSC and she got super frosty, I thought something was wrong. I'd keep an eye on it but not freak out. Probably gonna be happy with the result.

I tried to go in with the 60x mag of the loupe, but being so small against my phone lens the quality is shite. It did look kinda oily live on the phone, just couldn’t capture it well

Having "testers" has proven invaluable for me. I've also found that I have very different tastes when it comes to cannabis than most people. Which I'm ok with.

Ive had pretty similar to this before and freaked out thinking it was webs but it was just resin. Take a toothpick or paperclip and microscope, twist toothpick/paperclip in a patch of the string take your sample and see if its resin. Sticky or webby is all your looking for you will definitely know the difference. Web will snap in half, resin will stretch like honey. Looks AWESOME though very frosty girls. Good job!
