New Grower Transplanting clones question

From my experience the best thing you can do to prevent shock is use very mild soil, they need time to readjust to taking up any good amount of nutrients at all with their brand new roots. Other than that just be very gentle when planting and water them into the soil rather than packing them in. Either way it'll be a couple days at least before you see good new growth.

Well they do need something to get them by, but nothing more than a seedling would get... once they have a few roots, even before transplant, you can start feeding a very light dose to get them used to it. Overall the most influence you can have is to initially take the clones off as healthy a mother as you can.
