Indoor Transplant (soil) advice please

I cored out the center of the pots with a bulb planter and found that the soil was pretty dry 2/3 of the way down. Watered with some 6.2 and the run off was at 6.5, the soil meter read 6.6. So, the polio stricken bitches get one more chance.

BTW-
I cored them out to fill the void with Jiffy Organic Seed Starter Mix. Following the post from Full Duplex.
