Hi guys, I'm new on the forum. I've just started growing while searching for reliable infos I got quickly tired of all those fancy youtuber that sells their ass with the amazon referal program. So I'm glad I found this forum :D

Bullshit aside, I'm growing two plants in a 70 x 70 x 160 cm (3x3 ft) with the MarsHydro TS1000 led light.
For my first round I decided to keep it simple and grow only two plants: one is the Quick One of RQS, the other one is the Fat Banana of RQS, both autos. The Fat Banana is the bigger one, with the thermohygrometer in the pot.

They are planted in 15 lt fabric pots, germinated direcly in the medium, which is the biobizz light mix. Light is 18/6 at 50/55 cm height from canopy.

Now we're day 13 of both, they are looking good, about 10 cm of height. I just started with 0.5 ml/l of Biobizz BioGrow, instead of the 2 ml/l recommended by their schedule.

I want to ask you the following: since it's my first time, how would you suggest to proceed? Training or not? And in case, LST or topping?
I just started to dive into some of the threads on AFN about training and I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the knowledge :smoking:
Thanks in advance!

First runs I believe should be left to run with as little training as possible. Training kinda requires you to know what you want to go where... if you've never watched the natural progression of an auto grow, it makes it much more difficult to get what you want out of it.
Learning to grow healthy plants should be first, then on to learning to max the square footage.

Maybe clean up the underbrush and nurfle mid flower, but otherwise, I'd let them run.

Nice looking plants and medium. You're wise to grow no more than two under that light.
I've got one. Right out of the box, Lst only if you going to train.
Organic soil auto grower.

Let'em do their thing, as long as you have head room.....Any new strains I run, I top one and do nothing to the other. Actually found no advantage with either in yeild or potency....just wanted to say I did it....growing in small pots, no biggie..but still some strains can shoot up....
Charged available height and seldom do anything now. With 15ltr pots, You may have to at least top.

I started with topping and LST my first grow, and then dived right into manifolding. It's really gonna be up to you and your comfort level more than anyone telling you what to do, IMO. You need to feel it out and get a feel for what you're doing and where your comfort zone lies
