I love Mephisto Genetics and their autimatic seeds are incredibly funny.
Here, I’m just a lone micro-gardener, a mini herbalist with a thing for cannabis. Some might call it a passion; others might just say I’m hooked.
My cultivation may be tiny compared to others, but hey, as Leonardo da Vinci said, "simplicity is the ultimate sophistication"—so let’s call it sophisticated, shall we?
The Torture Gardens embody the spirit of serendipity—a place of low-energy, minimalist setups where basic equipment and experimentation create opportunities for unexpected discoveries to happen. Here, mistakes, missteps, and moments of inattention are not failures but integral to the process, shaping growth and understanding.
Here, I’m simply participating in the simulation of natural selection, using stress-filled environments to see how nature adapts and evolves.
Let's be honest: I'm a pretty terrible grower just trying to package my failures as if they're some kind of edgy, underground cool.
This is a deeply personal journey—an exploration where the process itself matters far more than the destination.
I'm deeply passionate about the legendary Livers/Blues cut—a strain I've never had the pleasure of trying, nor do I possess. But that hasn’t stopped me from diving into a fun project: crossing Mephisto Genetics' Livers BX1 with some Ugorg Killer Skunk (essentially another Livers BX1?). The plan is to revert the auto traits back to photoperiod and start searching for my own shade of Blues. To make it even more exciting, I’ve decided to include other Mephisto strains featuring Livers in the mix. Just a little extra chaos for the fun of it!
So we will have 6 auto females:
-Livers Bx1 x2
-Stilton Special ( Sour Livers x Northern Cheese Haze)
-#58 Funky Mangifera ( Mango Smile x Livers Bx1)
-#69 Vader's Musk ( Livers bx1 x Grape Walker Kush)
-#70 Chemy's Fruit Punch ( Sour Orange Livers x Grape Walker Kush)
Seeds just removed from the fridge. 24h acclimation and 24h soak in water and soil/coco.
Set Up Notes:
13/11 box grow garden( adapted to 18/6 and 20/4)
40x60x70 cm! Vipaspectra 600 dimmed at 20% ( 20w) ( will be increased accordingly in this scenario)
A basic heat mat. Maybe a tube heater of 35w.
A couple of pc fans.
11/13 bloom garden ( will be adapted to 18/6:20/4)
Tent 2x4 with ionframe evo3 Proshit 280W ...dimmed at 200W to keep right the ppfd (?)
Pure coco coir, open drippers connected with a deposit tank.
Normally I would grow 2-3 x 6l pots but for this grow I was considering maybe 6 x 3l.
Currently Terra Aquatica dual pro, but I have 1 liter each left. I will then try Hydrosol from Hydrocrop dry soluble. ( Bloom will finish before so I will use in some moment a mix between both fertilisers)
Currently everything is occupy by something else, hopefully the timeline will work.
