To cut fan leaves or not to cut?

I cut them all the time, plants don't care too much about a little defoliation. No bud sites in the shade is pretty much a creed in my garden. There are a lot of growers on here that trim aggressively and get great results. Go look at green75 on YouTube - he is an asshole that got banned from AFN - but there is no doubt about his growing skills.

if ya can't tuck em -> *snip-snip* :smoking: but then again, me a fan of defol, so...:rolleyes2: and yup, she'z lookin great for first time! ppp
Thanks 420. I'll have to remember that one. :pass:lol.
Glad she looks OK.
Hopefully the weather in Toronto will be OK through Oct and I'll get a harvest out of her. Next time I plant in May. Live. Learn. Smoke More. (My new motto).

Thank you Archaic. :pass:
Wow. That guy super trims back his plants and at one time. I'd worry about shock and I started growing outdoors a little late in the season.
I'm going to continue to go with a few problematic leaves at a time as she's only just into flowering now until the bud spots are open.
Can see where energy is used up in leaf where it can be put into bud production.
Hopefully weather here will be OK til harvest.
