Indoor throxic's Winter Grow 2022

Plants are looking great, although the middle looks a little hungry for N, (or could be lighting or genetics). I'm going to check out the Floraflex emitters like you suggested and I'll be following along for the rest of your grow! :pop::pass:

Thanks for the rep! Coco and Floraflex seem like a winning combination - really makes growing simple. I should have the line and trays setup for the next photo. We'll get to test water frequency after that. Stay tuned! :peace:

Day 39 veg foliar feed. 1/2 liter water w/ 0.5g

Day 40, last day of the veg nutes. Trizzlers is starting to show signs of N tox and is slightly under-watered. There should be enough N for the other two in the bloom nutes moving forward. If not, I did pick up another starter pack of nutes; which has the foliar feeds. I can supplement the other two if needed with that.

I picked up some round Flora Cap trays, but I won't be able to use them this run because I can't fit the base stem around it. Oh well. Next run for sure.

Right now they all are drinking different amounts so setting up drip lines would just waste nutes. I think at this point I'll continue hand watering. With no perlite, I can go a little longer between feeds, but I noticed the Trizzlers is drinking hard and could of been fed yesterday. If the other two catch up we may be able to set something up, we'll see.

Water: 2010EC 6.0pH.
T: 2gal NL: 1.2gal SS: 1.4gal

Day 43 - Week 7
Day 42, did some more LST and a little rearranging to maximize light spread. Trizzlers has the SF-2000 by herself to the left with the Sour Stomper and Northern Lights sharing the SP-3000 on the right. This should help increase potential yields.

Day 43, fertigated.

Water: 2223EC 6.0pH. (3.5g/gal V1,V2)
T: 2gal NL: 1.4gal SS: 1.4gal

Day 45, bloom foliar feed.

Day 46, fertigated and plucked a few leaves to expose more bud sites. Hooked up the drips and switched to the bloom nutes. Beautiful growth for all and the Sour Stomper smells and is stretching as good as the last.

Water: 4gal @ 2412EC 5.97pH. (3.5g/gal B1,B2, 1.1g/gal BulkyB)
T: 1.4gal+21min drip. NL & SS: 21min drip. Wanted to see 10-20% runoff.

Nice looking plants. I’m using Floraflex now for the first time in coco. It looks like you’ve been feeding the full strength from the auto chart? I’ve been doing 1/2. No problems?

My second run with Floraflex using the autoflower feed schedule, and I haven't ran into any issues. I think the main factor when running a higher EC is ensuring you get adequate runoff and watering frequent enough to reset the EC to where you want it in the medium. I prefer coco over soil because I have more control. If something is off, you can fix it way faster. The bigger yields also help. :smoking:

No doubt on the runoff, between that and the lightstress, really caused my CC some small issues for 2-3 days. Coco really is the best for quick adjustments lol. I think Im running my b1/2 schedule a little behind yours in str and pushing the bulky b a little heavier. Every time I up the str there's 2-3 new growth that have some slightly burnt tips but they seem to adjust over night. Been logging your notes in my notepad as well so I can adjust between both logs for the next/future grow(s). Super glad someone else was running the floraflex line close to same time I was.

How are you feeling about the no perlite this run? Feelings changed at all or staying the same as earlier? I've thought about just running coco but always go to the perlite mix, cause why change what doesnt seem broke right? lol. Interested in how you're still feeling on that.

Do you feed everyday at full strength?

The judgement is still out. I'm definitely watering less, so we'll see how that effect the harvest. I was watering 3 times a day to runoff with perlite at this stage. With full Coco, watering every two days now.
