New Grower Three Pounds per Light!

Nice!!! What strain would you run for this ?

what will you use to compensate for the micro and macro nutrients?

No other defoliation video mentions a need to.

Possibly a non-existent issue to promote their own line of nutrients??

Wouldn't be the first and wont be the last to miss inform to hype there own product.

If the theory is valid, I'm not sure the strain would matter in terms of seeing an A v B difference.

Depends if you're just wanting a comparison or to hit the 3lbs per light.
My interest is in the defoliation v non-defoliation ... initially.
Specifically to see if it can eliminate larf/popcorn and make any significant difference to quality/quantity of buds.

It seems the aggressive defoliation method has been around for decades.
So the book seems to be a modern rehash and repackaging of an old, established practice.
As for the price ... well, I guess USD$500 makes it look 'ground breaking', with that aura of exclusivity and elitism.
[See. Toyota versus Lexus]

And what better way to promote a nutrient range than market them as a necessary addition to ensure you protect your USD$500 investment in the secret knowledge of a Kabbalah of Canna?

I think it has as well...and the ones who have success at it are the ones who continue to use it( to get better) and try different strains ( cause not all will benefit from it)..the biggest question is,will an auto recover in time to benefit since the lifespan is so short compared to a photo!!

Fuck feathers.

I like to try different things, just for my own education.
If it works, it works, if it doesn't, it doesn't.
Where is the harm?

If you always do
what you have always done,
you will always get
what you have always got.

And what business is it of someone else what I do in my garden?

I don't understand why people get so het up about it.
Maybe ... just maybe ... the reason it gets their knickers in a knot is because it challenges the myopic and rigid paradigm they have imprisoned themselves in, and it is more an externalisation of their own fear of the unknown.

Which might make the known longer autos the prime contenders initially.

Something like Think Different at ~12 weeks, or Think Big at ~15 weeks.
If only for their longer germination-to-harvest period.

im with ya on that..if you have ever visited my threads, you know I top, fim, pinch ,bend, defoliate, and try to graft branches into different plants, all for personal satisfaction, some methods work and some don't ,but I don't sugar coat it either,,I've fuddled some feathers when I recommend for people to cut leaves if you can't tuck em..if your scared, stay under the porch!! Think outside the box!!
