Three cotydelons and deformed growth

Hi everyone,

I have popped a freebie by Mephisto (3BOGx Double grape) and it has three cotydelons. I searched around and it seems it is not that uncommon, but in this seedling two of the cotydelons are glued together preventing the leaves to open normally, and the leaves are growing completely deformed. Here is a photo

My question is: will she be able to grow out decently or is she doomed to fail?

Triploids are a normal genetic variation. She will be fine.
