We give you free guaranteed shipping, so that if Royal Mail or USPS lose your package we will re-send it for free; or if it gets picked up by customs we will also send it for free
But without tracked shipping we can’t offer guaranteed delivery, and that’s why we send all of our packages by tracked shipping, which requires a signature. We have made exceptions in the past, but it ended up with a customer accusing us of not sending the order and accusing us of ripping them off – even when we had told them beforehand that without tracked shipping they would not have guaranteed shipping and would have to take it on their own shoulders if the package was lost (it turned out that their package was just delayed and arrived a couple of days later).
As a Seeds Store we have a great reputation and would like to keep it that way, without people saying bad things about us for no reason; so we no longer don’t make any exceptions I’m afraid.
