Start a thread, just like any thread, go into thread tools at the top right and a drop down box will appear. at the bottom of the box is the word open, the the box chcked, uncheck it and it closes the thread for posting. Is that what you were looking for? If you dont have the thread tools at the top right of your thread post, that might have to be done by a global or admin.

My package with the nutes better be alright!!! Bastards have had it on the go for 9 days now on freezing trucks and everything else and now tracking is saying its arrived in another city so its going to be sitting again for another 3 days out in cold in some postal lot
