18/6, cause there's no need for more imo, unless you need the heat that is.
24 hours, environmental stability equal big yields.
I grow in my garage so while I prefer 18/6 most of the time it is too cold for that so I run 24 as well but ideally 18/6 is my favorite

I do 18/6 because thats what happens outside, it gets dark
I run the same 18/6 i belive 24 hr isnt natural
