Looking through these 14 pages,, couldn't find the answer.

With AUTOFLOWERS....

When do you folks start CS with the plant?

How long or when do you stop?

Do you start the revert before the reciever?

Generally I've Started the revert about 5 weeks before the reciever. the revert starts getting hit with CS around the 3rd week from breaking ground and keep spraying until balls are well defined. Seems to work okay most of the time,, but looking to improve.
So how you guys running this????

i start my plants to be reversed a good week after my plants to recieve , i want my girls to have some pistils when the reversed starts throwing pollin , i start spraying the plant to be reversed when i "guess" it is about to flower/preflower , sometimes ive been late and flowering/preflowering has begun , but the pistils die and only male flowers are produced , i stop spraying when i "guess" the male flowers are about two or three days from dropping pollin , it works for me this way because i dont collect and store the pollin , i let a fan set on low blow the pollin from the plant througout my room , useually pollinating 4-6 females , ending up with 1000+ seeds

What bob and I keep saying to everone who wants to CS or sts you must have some trial and error here this is not an exact science...each strain varies... target plants, delayed yes how long, that is a variable...

So know your strain/clone if your sts'ing or cs'ing a plant you have no experience with,... your already going down a shady road... KNOW your plants first before sts or cs... And PLEASE dont go fem-ing any strain with known hermi traits...thats foolish, and shows your ignorance towards breeding. I know those are harsh words but I can't stress enough that breeding strain with hermi "lurking" will only produce you something that will make yourself look bad.

Professional breeders stress test, before femming... And after test grow the seed, I see short cuts all the time these days.

I have 2 questions.

1. How many times can I re-use the same silver bar to make cs?

2. I made enough cs for 1 auto plant using just a .5g silver bar cut in half so will two 6in 12guage wires be enough for 2 photos?

ive made cs with the wires i have right now 6 - 8 times and will use them many many more times , and i commonly make 4 litres/1 gallon at a time

is it ok to make colloidal silver in plastic? also if my colloidal silver is clear is that bad because i used to use tap water and it turned brown and now i am usind distilled water in plastic bottle and its not changing colors

without trying to be a dick and with all due respect to anyone and everyones opinions and experiences , i can honestly say i dont give a f ck what anyone says , made properly it will remain clear , and trust me , ive had it clear and not clear in my results , a simple google search and not believing everything you read will "clear" this up for you , pun intended lol , i drink the stuff and wouldnt want to drink cloudy sludge , my first experience with C.S was in the early 80's , we sprayed it in our eyes , it was the most effectve way to get it into our system , with letting it sit under the tongue second , swallowing it right away is wasteful , there was a realy bad cold going around , it was an epidemic , myself and my parents were the few ppl seen who did not catch this cold , YES C.S is that damn good for you , and has many MANY health benefits

after many years without being able to find it and not knowing anyone who made it my next experience with it was only a couple years back , i bought some from a local health food lady , it also was as clear and pure as can be , but when shining a lazer pointer through the jar you can clearly see tons and tons of the silver coloids suspended in the water , i used hers to reverse my first plant as well as drank it myself , then i began making my own

to answer your question on plastic ,,,,, yes , but make sure it is food grade , i use a 1 litre plastic molasses jar myself when making it , i downsized from the 4 litre/1 gallon plastic jug the distilled water comes in

EDIT : id also like to add some testing info , if you want to test your own C.S for purity place it in a lit up room or in the sun for a couple hours , if it turns color it is not pure , if it remains clear it is pure , ive never let it sit in the light for more then a couple hours because i am cheap and dont want to waste it , i keep mine stored at room temps in a dark place , i actually have a painted black jar i store mine in , and recently used 5 month old c.s to reverse two og kush clones to pollinate various other plants/strains with success

my colloidal is like 100% clear its rediculous i dont even know to trust it but i see sparks when i touch the two connectors and the chemical reaction on the silver is shown apparent.

edit: i used a 2.5 gallon jug the distilled water came in and left it for 2 days attached to a 9volt battery, it remained clear so i thought i did something wrong and downgraded to a smaller sized spray bottle. so your saying i have 2.5 gallons of colloidal silver that is still good?
