Final pics of Candy Dawg auto today, an absolute dream to grow that provided me when rh some great pics to share deapite needing a few more days to mature fully.
I will continue to update on my Seedstockers thread for the Nicole and candy right up to chops and on my journal, and will pop this up as my final for the battle.
This has been a fantastic grow, with a few mishap starts bit this girl has had it easy. Minimal overfeeding in early life and during flowering whilst avoiding deficiency.
Cold temps slowed her down s little at the start of flowering, but the warm spring temps bringing things up to 28c and 60% rh in the tent boosted production and sped up calyx swell.
Her resin is sticky, sweet and chem/diesel on the back of the pallette and absolutely dripping with it.
Buds have good structure, buy with minor foxtails, however with little stem in the buds it doesn't seem an issue.
Her production in the final days is quick, and if I flushed I would be hard pressed to pick an adequate day but as it stands I do not flush as I don't believe in the practice (don't hate me, just don't see it being necessary with a properly fed plant) and I will just be giving her a few days to dry out when it's time.
Test buds came back very positive with fantastic flavour from the get go.
Anyway AFN I really enjoyed taking part in my first battle and while I will be taking a break from testing after this to focus on my horticulture course and my permaculture practice and research I look forward to taking part again soon!
Peace out guys
@Bailey I'm thinking I was meant to tag someone else too but i can't find the post who told me to mate
