might have my first negative experience with Attitude out of a hand full of orders. I just emailed them so we'll see what happens. I truly doubt they'll make this one right.

Well I must say, the Attitude came through once again............
Ive been hearing horror stories about people getting crushed beans, or bad customer service, etc etc. Well heres my story:
The February promo, I really really wanted to purchase some beans as my B-day was around the corner and I received some gift cards, so I thought I would try and order for that promo.. Well, I needed to do a split payment on my order as I had a few gift cards to use. So I called the Attitude and spoke to a gal that told me their CC processing machine was down, and for me to try back in a hour or two (before they close). So, I tried back. Still no luck. I asked the gal, since the promo was ending after they closed - If my order will still be honored for the freebe's and she told me yes. So the next day when I call back, and their CC processing was working, I was told that I *was not* allowed to get that promo as it expired. I told them my story and they basically told me "sorry" over the phone.
Well that day I emailed the Attitude and told them I was unhappy - That Im being penalized because their CC pro. wasnt working, and that wasnt my fault. Because if it was working, obviously I would of paid for my souvenirs and everything would of been ok, and not only that, the girl I talked to said "Yes" to them honoring my order.
Well, I got a response back shortly there after and they told me that since the promo ended, their stock was gone and that they couldnt send me the souvenirs from the March promo, but if I order again they'll try and throw in a few extras.
So, I placed a order with the Attitude during their recent promo.... And sure enough, they did send me a few extras!
Im completely satisfied with the Attitude. I was 100% calm and cool with them, didnt reference anything to growing or anything like that. I always referred to my order as "souvenirs", and they were nice enough to make things right.
