Got My Attitude Birthday promo today. I was short-shipped. I had ordered 10 X BHD REG and instead got 5 X BHD FEM.

They said to return it and they will fix their error and send me some freebies.

Lets see what happens.

Bugger Attitude - Why are you paying £4.50 P and P, but in order to insure your beans reach you uncrushed you've to pay more for proper packaging! Therein lies no logic whatsoever....

Whereas go elsewhere, ie our sponsors, or Herbies, and they package the beans correctly...

I had 1 crushed freebie seed from the attitude and was shocked because i had paid the extra $2.50 for the metal tin!...i sent them an email with a picture of the crushed souviner and they sent me a whole other birthday promo pack!

I sent my complaint out 7 days ago and have 6 more free beans in hand today!

The attitude has really stepped it up in the customer service department. Kudos to them.

I sent an email, a nice one, and they said they'd replace them with my next order...despite me saying i'll be weary of using them again...So no more orders from me to Attitude...

Here's a buyer beware moment. I'm running an add on for mozilla called do not track plus. Attitude claims to be a secure site yet DNT+ just caught Google Analytics tracking me there. That makes them the only cannabis seed or cannabis site in general I've ever been tracked at.
Bummer.

The owners of websites using Google Analytics aren't supposed to be able to view the individual IP addresses of folks visiting their website, but there are ways the owners can get around that. There are a lot of proxy server services that you can use. While they're not 100% (a Gov't agency that really wants to track you will be able to if they want to put in the effort), the proxy servers do keep you from leaving a footprint in most cases and are effective against stuff like Google Analytics.

I have a proxy and a blocker, but I just plain won't use a seed or cannabis site that tracks me.

im new at this, i guess i really dont understand..how do you know if the site 'tracks" you? and how do i get a proxy or blocker?
