The Auto's are all looking great and loving life!
I built some more framework onto the photoperiods and added more trellis netting to add support after this last week of crazy weather. I should be good to finish out the season now....

@Waira update on the outdoor crew! Been a rough week this week with storms but preparation pays off.... Its been a week of hard work around the farm and at the shop long hot days filled with tons of work.... Everything is doing very good as far as the grow no complaints on any of the plants.... A few bug bites but nothing to really complain about.... I need the rain to stop so I can apply some essential oils and the RB.... Im also wanting to hit some of the OD auto's with some pollen.

Holy Jean-o, they gonna be busting out that netting! Especially the Big Detroit is gonna be huge :growing:

That is the plan for sure. Ive been working this garden for about 6 years now and it just keeps getting better and better.... Ethos really has impressed me this year also with their gear...

I like how you netted all the way around as those are gonna be pushing through those side nets.

Hope the weather smooths a bit .. it'z crazy there and crazy here too

Cooler and damp here in the pinky of the Michigan mitt and dodging storms. The Northern Lights is ok.
Some may say my Super lemon Haze clone is dead but has not fell over. Butt since she was cloned so late in flower she has a bud on top. And its shrinking. That is a good sign. I am not counting her out yet.
:face: She may also be the only contender that could have been dried and smoked when planted :crying:

When a clone was cut in flower, the revegging can take awhile for sure. And they can look pret pretty funky along the way as well is what I've experienced. I'tz like the plantz sayin...wtf u doin to me? Which way do i go now? :eek1: And hope the weather lightens up for ya as well

Ain't dat da truth. Worst prob is, where is my herb coming from??
May have to resort to the other dubious sources.
Have found some possible online buying options, *cough* *cough*

Can't even get myself out to California in these conditions either...

I'm just gonna keep posting these tiny buddettes.
And meanwhile drool over the gorgeous flowers my amigros are posting here.

Oh, I do want that badge!!! :funny:
:crying: don't tempt me! Sadly, the badge and trophy part of this new forum software is very different, something of a PITA to deal with frankly...

Sympathies on the bud quest! I hated that when moving to a new place,... Fucking Florida was the worst when I went there for grad school- :nono: I had get stuff shipped!
...wish I was rich luv, I'd ticket you right on over!... bring a fire hose, you'll need it! .... already it's started....
Looking healthy n happy bud! Can't wait to see the beautiful flowers n pics u take.
:toke: thanks Country Coz!
weekly update my girls are now 18 days old and i now have 1x 2 strawberry pie and 1x2 lemon pie both 2to a pot as they streatched really badly so rather than dump them i repotted them in the eco live soil mix i made i also have a wedding cheese cake in a solo and 2 in 2 litre air pot maybe a smoothie and a purple lemonade .we have had terrible rain this week in the uk so not much sun so they dont look the best but early days yet hey
Just how bleeding sideways has the UK weather been lately?! ... next you'll be frying in record heat, right? :wall:

Stick with or free to repick runners mate, it's all good here,....

>>> @Kyote -- speed queens look fantastic mate, auto's as well! :hump: ... that Cookies FV is an exceptional pheno from what I see, always a fun surprise!

FIM misfire on the mutie RM, poor girl looks more shabby than ever-...is she getting more orangey? Sexed yet?
I'm thinking of making it a Fire fest:fire: by adding the Original Fire OG Kush CLONE plant... Just to see which one does better in the end of the 3 :dizzy::coco:
:headbang: = Fire away! ...... they took well and have grown nicely GTG, sweat equity paying off- :clapper:

Auto, cash crop
Well the rain came down today and hasn't stop,
Not like the weather other peeps are getting in the States
Hopefully the weather will get better for all od comp participants
Just start to show signs of flowing
:greenthumb:none the worse for the wear mate,... wonky weather is the new norm' as I had mentioned earlier!
It is crazy how much growth they can pack on in 7 to 10 days, since the last post/update I made here.

The Mango Smile is now in full on flowering, same with the Creme de la Chem...I've been starting to see the first trichomes develop on those plants as of the past 2 to 3 days. My two "Strawberry Mango Crumble" plants aren't too far behind.

It has been interesting seeing these plants go through their different growth stages so rapidly and leap into flowering (this is my first time ever growing autos)...It seems that with autos there is more "overlap" between the veg & stretch & flowering stages, where with photos it seems like the plants slow down on veg growth dramatically as soon as the plants have started to develop flowers.

My Mangosmile is already bigger than some of the clone plants I harvested at the end of last summer...Crazy how much it has grown in just a month.
:woohoo1::coffee::woohoo1: wow they got busy alright! They look damn nice mate :d5:
And that's pretty typical of auto's, but not always a thing with they,.. they defy a lot of generalizations I'm finding... They can fool ya! My tent auto's were under cool conditions at first, though I had runted them out some but they shot like mad from bloom set on and now are just right for size in 9L pots in "supersoil"....
For photo's this is very highly variable, the stretch that is... More sativa leaning, landrace/heirloom/Haze types can stretch like mad from sexing on, seem some go 2-3x their size when done!... At the other extreme, a hybrid well loved here by older members is Maine's own Blueberry, which is the most brake-slamming stretcher I have seen to date; once in bloom, vertical growth all but halts, it's all bud expansion from there out...

:whew: thank heavens no drama there at least! They handled all the weather madness with aplomb it seems :yay:... and you have them as nicely rigged as it gets now! I'm looking forward to seeing all that stuff get swallowed up by canopy :amazon:

waira there's just been very little full sunshine here but im pretty sure they will get by and give them a week and i will pick the stronger ones for the competition but i decided once they went outdoors rain or whatever there staying there

It's funny how one of my indoor girls has essentially taken over as top notch girl in my outdoor grow.
I had planned on watering and feeding the open pot Rain Science bag girls today, but mother nature decided to give me a little sprinkle, actually quite a good little rain. It's all good. At least I can amend and water and feed the two girls in the Earth boxes with them being covered they didn't get any rain!
This feeding and amendments should make the Earth boxes girls take off as they're just on the verge right now with their root system well developed.
I'll get my regular Sunday update a little while later.

Update #5 @Waira
Photoperiod Strains: Purple Afghan Kush, Banana Piepaya, and High Society
Approximately 88 days old.

Cruising along. Lucky me, I've had a run of decent weather the past week. Feel sorry for those of you enduring drenching rains, tornados and/or drought. Keeping the mites at bay with periodic Azamax and occasional Trifecta and/or Dr. Zymes..

:spels: better pic! That side shot did her no justice- ... she's exactly the same as that SexBud, with older fans distorting further and kinda just drying up...

:amazon: that's the ticket, beat on them multiple times with multiple weapons! A simple water+wetting agent rinse isn't a bad thing either, it'll rinse excess crud off, dislodge dead and live vermins,...the wetting agent can facilitate the drowning/smothering effect on the mites as well. Do you have a 1gal or so pump sprayer with a wand? That works best for getting in deep, underneath and all those tough angles that can leave "safe zones" for the lil' stinkah's to refuge in!
Those girls are shaping up nicely now Sky, keep on with the LST and spreading them out some :greenthumb:... there's room to top up the soil some more, add perhaps add some EWC in there along with it!
