Testing / Selecting MOB (Maine's Own Blueberry) - from The Medicine Man 08 18 2012

It was only a couple and I haven't seen any since my pH has been on point and all the only thing that I can think of is that it stressed her when she kept getting into the light not really sure but if more keep showing up I'll just pluck them and let her go for as long as I can. #2 is just fine no nanners so I IDK we will see what happens.

it was the one I had ripped from me that I was so pumped about outside. Was a 2nd week in August finisher out there.

Truly I say to you, Kharma is a bitch! :crying: they will get theirs x 3 from our friend the universe...

so lever... you had a ph swing or just werent wachtin until you had a nanner show?

I'll get pics of my JMBBALF3 F3's later.... they ARE BANGIN now!!!

:dance2: :smokeit:

I never had a PH swing what so ever It's been on point the whole grow not quite sure what happened my cab is stable as all get out. She got in the light over and over again and burnt the shit out of the leaves that's the only thing I can think of It's all good we'll see what happens.

Nooooooooo I was just out checking my girls and I found nanners on MOB #1 I plucked them and I'll see what happens if more start popping up I'm going to chop her. It was the plant that kept getting into the light maybe that stressed her I don't know I hope that this is it and no more pop up she was the colorful one too....

How many days into flower?

All very early outside genetics have a tendency to herm inside...due to the fact that indoors there is light stress, the same like on/off,on/off... an early variety wants to see the light hours slowly decreasing till the end of there life...if they cant have this decrease...then they are stressed... or at least thats my theory. As I would bet the farm they dont herm outside... just like the BBxGG thousands grown and not 1 single herm report..

I let my MOB's go well past there finish date...which did nothing for size/bulk...and right at the end there was couple nanners forming, but if I had chopped at 50 days when they were 100% done there would have been no sign of them. The Mob x BBxGG did nanner up first week of flower which is a firm no no in my book...

I wonder what was used in this mob genetic background as the phenos are from black to white to lavender.. And there seems to be some very early gene in there also...

Here is my MOB I'm working...days away from dropping pollen now fully reversed.

love seein pics from you, cres. And I think everyone would love to know what went into MOB. No one has a clue. The stories are fun to read though... one I heard was it was a group of growers up in the north country and there was something to do with a breakup of the group and one guys girlfriend was the only one to keep one of the clones and gave it to one of her friends who passed some on to other friends and it went on like that. Another said the guy who originated it died and the secret went with him to the grave... it's crazy. Lovely strain though.

Well herm or no herm there will be a pile of seed because the target plants are huge...and I will let them go fully to seed.

Good! I dont care if theres herms in the lot... I'll use em for whatever i can... and just keep a vigilant :eye:

Either way... they are a fantastic breeding tool... and their genetics should be preserved in some fashion.

Maybe in a few more years we'll have a bunch of gnomes mapped and we can DNA sample them and figure out what their background is... :smokeit:

Well as I stated before, its a work in progress and hermi can be breed out of anything...so we can only see where it goes..

Well I know if anyone can do it... you can... :smokebuds:

Question for all you guys.... How much stretch are you experiencing in the pure MOB from 12/12 flip to finish?

I got almost none on the mobG

2 days after flip:
