Tent Questions

Hi all...I didn't see anything specific on tent set ups and so forth...

So I'm going to sticky this thread for any questions and answers that you members with tents, can answer...

Also, if you have any pics of how your tent is set up, please post them...Pictures say a 1000 words...:thumbs:
Basically, as far as pics go, mostly looking for how yours is set up...Not so much about the plants...

I have trouble understanding tent setup but I really want to run a tent grow.
I have 100watt digital an 850 cfm 8" inline fan with carbon filter*is this for exhaust? and if it is in a 78x78x78 would I even need to run intake?I would like to mount carbon filters *armn hammer hepa type* over intake is it even necessary?I dont have a clue how to set the inline fan timer surly its not 24/7*could you set a plug in thermostat so the exhaust fan would kick on accoring to temp?

Oh BTW the yeild labs tent for 78x78x78 around $259 seems really low price compare to Gorilla?

I'm a bit lost what lighting are you running?
at 6.5 x 6.5 it's just over 42 sqf thats an AVG. of 50 watts = 2100 watts Thats gonna need every bit of your exaust and fresh air intake?

last year was an outdoor grow, but im thinking in mooving indoors.
i have a space of 6 square meters and the ability to get in there with 1600 watts HPS with 294000 lumens.
how many plants should be in that space so to maximize yield?

20' X 20' Sweet, sweet, sweet!!!!!! What did you go with for ventilation? are you gonna have an A.C. in there? You should start a thread in the Indoor Growing forum.....

I got 2 of Axial Fan 150 298m3 for exust and passive intake mate. also there will be 2 fans in the tent. one directly pointing the lights (3*600w hps) and a second above plants so to moove air around.the room that my growing box is in has an ac unit and also 2 windows that will be left open for renewing air. what you think of that?
currently still waiting for equipment to get delivered so to get started.

Setting up a new tent here are the specs so far..

5x5x7tent
2 600w hps cool hoods
4in inline fan 190cfm to cool lights
6in inline fan 400cfm exhaust, plus scrubber, passive intake
2 rotating fans to move air

I'll be planting in soil using 5gl pots...Thinking of doing 8plants in five gallon or 12 in 3gl.
Also I was thinking of adding 500w of cfl if the temps are controlable. Im pretty sure I'll have to add a small AC unit in the coming months. I also have access to outside fresh air.

Is the 4in fan strong enough to cool both lights?
Or would it be better to use a simple duct blower/fan?
If I wanted to set up a fresh air intake, do I use inline fan or duct blow or another source?

hi whats the difference between a 150/300mm and a 150/600mm filter? I have a 1.5m by 1.5m tent and not sure which one to go for? If anybody could help that would be great. thanks
