I’m fortunate to not have to worry about the smell and I didn’t have to buy a filter so I’m just curious if it needs to be inside the tent as an intake or could it be outside the tent as an out take? Isn’t it going to limit your light height?
You can either pull air through the filter or blow through. Filter inside or outside tent is fine, inside is usually quieter so depending on how stealthy you need to be can effect your setup. Just need the exhaust air to go through the filter before being released. Hard to word easily.

Whats funny is that I actually encourage the garage to be constantly beautifully pungent! Two tents and each fan on top of the tent aiming such that a beautiful counter clockwise bud breeze is always blowing. Also fortunate it’s in my garage so noise not a problem at all. But I went outside simply for more light space

im planning to LST them to keep them quite low, should be fine and I can move the bar the fan is attached to to the back of the tent so it’s out of the way!
