Indoor Tay's auto tune

All setup for the night. Going to wake up a few times to monitor the temps. Right now on the low settings it has my tent in between 79-81° with lights on. Nice. Had to switch my timer to go off for 6 hours from 11am to 5pm opposed to 11pm off 5am on it was on. Interested in what's going to happen then. The WW auto should be day 1 tomorrow I dug around and peaked. The critical purple seed is pure mush no bueno. Dropping the last bean in water now. Photos left autos right

If using water only, where is the salt build up coming from? The potting soil? Also, what information are you gathering from soil run off? If run off is 1000 ppm, one could argue it’s running in the hot side, which we know it is not. He plans on feeding after next watering. What if ppm was 500 or 1500? Are any feeding plans altered? If not, I ask again, why water til runoff in soil?

Again, coco I agree. Soil? I always reserve the right to get smarter.
He has only watered iirc, the salt is in the soil, from the bag is the ppm being monitored

there is some leaf burn, that means it’s hot imo,and I would expect to see that, 1.3 ec ideal he is at 1.5 or 1.6 I think without looking and assuming his ppm scale is the norm.

my feeding would be to keep the medium at 1.3 ec at all times of a balanced nute. The only thing here is, we don’t know if what is left in the soil would be considered balanced, for cannabis in particular. So with his soil it would play a role but not as much as pure hydro

not even hot to the touch sounds great
I'll definitely keep an eye on it. Good thing it's on a GFCI and the garage has fire sprinklers. Feel a little safer sleeping. Just amazed watching the thermometer stay at consistent 78-81°. It's warmer than when it was inside by 5°

Topping is no problem with autos if done in the right window with the right strain. If you are limited to a certain height by your grow space, it’s a great tool. I harvested a candy dawg about two weeks ago that was untopped and had to supercrop it when the flower stretch happened. It would’ve been rubbing the tent roof in 1 wk if I hadn’t. If it was topped, I think I would’ve doubled my yield of 80g

I had to put a small heater in tent before when I was using autocobs that didn’t generate heat. No problems. I had a fan blowing on the heater to distribute heat and not having hot spots.

BTW, things are looking good.

Going to try organic on at least one of the autos. Here's what I'll feed when I do. Need to figure out a organic bloom booster. Any ideas guys?

Don’t know if it’ll work with that but Dr earth makes organic nutes… I think they have dry and liquid amendments…
