One plant? I'd just get three 26W CFLs and place them around the plant if you have any clamp lamps lying around.. if not, you only need one bulb, 2 ft to do one plant..

Oh, got ya...Just looked at mine and it took 18 days before she pre-flowered. So their veg. stage is almost nonexistence. Figure 2 days of that is putting on there first true leaves. So that only leaves ya 16 days of veg. Say also, 12 days of pre-flower and then full flowering. Usually the 25th - the 35th days are when the plant actually looks it's worst. IMO. After that, she starts to fatten up and fill in...

But the one bulb fixture wont be enough to get you though the flowering. Well, it will, but...

i wasnt gonna flower indoors though. i just wanted to start it inside and then move it outside when it starts to flower , since its so fucking hot out here and ive had plenty of seedlings die just because of the heat.

Makes since Samloz. Then that one bulb fixture might be enough to get you flowering so you can move her outside.

due to the failure of my hps digital ballast
i am now officially moving to full on cfl for lighting my 2 x 4 x 5 tent.
the cfl bulbs i have fit the hps sockets,so i can use the
cool tube for the 200w 6500k bulb that is 6 inch diameter 4800 lumens
but i dont have a fixture for the big cfl and it won't fit in the cool tube
it's the 200w 2700k bulb is 8 inch diameter and 5000 lumens.

my plants range in age from 2 weeks to 5 weeeks old
i'm hoping like hell that the loss of the hps won't cause a
stress problem

Darn Bro,
that sucks. Probably from trying to run that CMH, off of the digital ballast. From what I have read, you will need a bit more CFL to get a good yield. Maybe a couple of smaller 2700k for side lighting.
