I usually use at least two pairs of the Fiskars, along with a shot glass of alcohol & a handtowel sitting nearby.
Keep one pair's tips in the alcohol, trim with the other.
Once sticky, switch out the scissors, wiping on the towel before using so one doesn't drip alcohol on everything.
I've also used a shot glass of oil like olive or cooking oil (sometimes set it on a potpourri warming plate) instead of alcohol.
The scissors tend to need to soak a little longer (I use 3 pairs in rotation) but they seem smoother to snip with, guessing a bit of the oil acts as lube.
Ah just like the hair dressers do with the combs...
Just this year I fiqured out a great way to remove resin from da hands.... HANDCREAM... works excellent, just load up your hands with ample amounts...six or so squirts...work it for 3-4 min wash off with soap no more sticky. I'm so amazed at how good it works, over 20years fighting the sticky trimmer hands now I'm just a sqirt away from nice clean hands...
