Sweet Seeds SweetSeeds Palooza: Trainwreck, Nurse CBD, Big Devil XL, Cream Caramel

Yeh, good call on your part. Fact is that I've done very, very little Cal-Mag additions to the feed in this tent. Only added it a couple of times, and only in small amount. Reason being that; 1) I didn't see the spots that I associate with the Calcium side of the def, and 2) the other 3 plants in the tent are NOT showing this problem. But here's the thing, the 3 plants that are NOT showing the problem are all CBD strains with the absolute lowest amount of THC. Whereas the two plants showing the problem are both high THC strains. That might have something to do with it, eh?

Also, while pH looked OK, it is at the high end of the range 6.8 to 7.0

Just a reminder, all plants in this tent are in airpots with Roots Organic Original Soil (amended with dolomite, worm casings and azomite). The feed program is MegaCrop in RO water, which, since flowering has been amended with Greenleaf's Sweet Candy and Bud Exposion. Once every couple of weeks I swap out for a single day of ReCharge with SLF-100.

I'll start giving these babies a stiff jolt of cal-mag now in every feeding for the next week or so. :toke:

the ph being a bit on high side, is probably a good reason why we may be seeing copper def.... also brown spots alone are not a good way to seek out cal/mag def, she is showing other signs of cal/mag def like with the reddish stems ,the yellowing veins...cal/mag don't always show up with them brown spots... I'm certain adding in cal/mag will help...since you said you were not really using, I guess that is why we seeing what we seeing...that is the basically like my royal jack(the big devil xl)

Thanks @Unique

your welcome my friend! I'm 100% sure you'll see improvement around a week, you won't see improvement as quickly in what your using vs if you were using coco/perlite...but adding that in should hopefully stop it from advancing any further....then the painfully slow part of waiting for signs of improvement...In coco, you'll see differences 6-12hrs later, thats why I swear by coco & wouldn't ever use anything different...Even when I start using Autopots when I start up, I will still use coco/perlite...Actually I will be using recycled coco/perlite....I kinda have a mass quantity of that now, a couple 45gal Barrels stuffed with it...I need clean it up some and take old roots out but it will work just the same as it did the first time around.... ;)

And here' s the 3 Cream Caramels in their 2-ltr soda bottles, sharing a single AutoCob light, and snacking on MegaCrop. Left to right: 38 days, 36 days, and 21 days. Middle and right have their soil 12.5% mixed with Harvest Gold Silica.

And while we're at it, I should show the progress with Nurse CBD, also at day 67. I'd say she's got another week or two to go. :smoking:
