Sweet Seeds
AFN Authorized Vendor
hey there im starting up my first autogrow and i have ? Im a photo. guy and trying the autos out. I have selected sweet seeds to be my only source of viable genes. starting with the red poison. i believe in sticking with one gene untill perfected. that said i have been reading that ffof soil is what i should use but i here mix with this or mix with that. would love to get to pick your brain for the best results. i have been a barneys farm guy for a very long time. but sweet seeds has changed my perspective on auto. If my harvestis 2 to 3 oz dried i will stay with sweet seeds.
Hi losman!
Welcome to the Sweet Seeds subforum and to AutoFlowerNetwork
First of all I should say that I have no idea about what "ffof soil" is. Sorry. But about the soil mix you are going to use my advice is use the same soil mix you used in the past if you had good results. Autos are not that different from photo strains and it's better to use a formula with which the grower have had good results in the past then trying to find a new soil.
About the strain to start my opinion is that Red Poison is a great strains, very beautiful and produces well but maybe there are other strains that could be more adequate to first time auto growers. If I were you I'd go with 2 strains to start and so Red Poison could be one of them. If you really only want 1 strain to start have a second thought and look also at the chance of growing Cream Mandarine, Cream Caramel Auto, Black Jack Auto or Green Poison Auto.
Hope you enjoy our strains and get good results from them :
See you around, sweet smokes!
