I got a chance to sample some of my second batch of SCH and I have to say, it's a big improvement over the first batch. These were from a different batch of seeds, the first batch being testers, and the second batch the released version. Obviously there were improvements made in the strain between the two batches. The three plants yielded a total of 14 oz. The buds are long and for a sativa, fairly hard and dense. Smell and taste are very mild and the high is a very nice sativa effect, clear and long lasting. I sampled some out to a couple of friends and both like it a lot. One suffers from anxiety and found it very effective in reducing his stress. Grow time was 19 weeks. This was also a very easy plant to manicure. By the time I harvested it all the fan leaves were gone. There were also no popcorn buds. I was able to clip off whole branches, trim them, then hang. Once dry I clipped off the smaller buds. All told I doubt I spent an hour per plant trimming and manicuring.

Thanks for the update. This is starting to sound more promising.

smoked two diffrent calis today were fair didnt find it very haze like quite clear up hit tho good for daytime smoke im smoking some haze now photo an i could not honestly say these two were like it tend to agree with chilli on taste and hit

I've grown one outdoors in the UK (6 months from start to finish).
It went into flower about a month after it was planted, so I would say it is an auto - just a long flowering auto.

So thats 5 months of flowering?!? Sorry mate but something is screwed here... Only an extreme sativa like Mekong Haze flowers so long...
Probably it makes more sense to plant those later in the season with decreasing dayleghnts, i think they should definitely finish faster.

my one freebie seed that i received ( which i'm not claiming is a good example of the breed) was a semi auto, but from what i see, at least 9/10 auto just like they should. My freebie seed that i received was likely from the first batch because it was right when all the hype was first coming out. To date i have only seen 3 of these that didn't auto in various grows on the web. One grow had 2 indica looking plants that finished at 75 or so days, 2 that looked sativa like they were advertised like 110-120 days, and one that just stayed in preflower and reached 6 feet tall before he pulled it.

from what it's sounding like, it has been re-worked to stabilize the phenos and the potency, so i may give it a try next year. Then again, LBH's auto sativa line looks great.

Well i can see that from the beginning of the sale into Dope seeds bank, this strain had a sveral confusing name and I told it to Jim who's the one that selected the name for his seeds bank....
the point is that Super Cali Haze is not really correct and understandable for growers.... This strain is a Super auto sativa wich one contain A high quality pure sativa Colombian strain which one is from Cali city.
So many times people think that it is coming from californian haze cross from this name, when it is NOT.!!!!
This is why you can really find Colombian taste and high in it, cause it is the realaty...and Bravo to you guys which ones could recognize it, u're good smokers and u have great sativas knowlegde
and it is a fact that they are a bit unstable, two or three dif phenos were possible to get in it, but it was reworded, and i still work on the stabilisation....

I got mine from dope-seeds. I don't think they ship to the USA anymore if that is where you live. I so agree with trying it yourself surely you will be the one who will know best. The plants are sturdy and easy to grow and real easy to clip. Easy to clip is real important to me. I like Medussa but it is a pain in the ass to clip> just for that reason I won't be growing it next year.

Thanks for your input, maybe it is something I will have to try for myself to know for sure. Where did u get seeds?

I have to say that the 3 I have left have filled in a lot in the past couple weeks. One is ready to pick, maybe tomorrow, and the buds are a lot denser on these than the ones I grew earlier in the year.

Yes, I smoked some over the weekend. Certainly more potent than the first batch. Nice, clear up high, very motivating. Got 5 oz. off of one, 14 total from all 3.
