Outdoor super auto poly tunnel

Hi there.

Thinking of putting a super auto into the ground in my tunnel instead of pots. My tomatos and normal autos are in 5 gal pots, would the super auto yeild more going into prepared soil into the ground rather than a pot? dont want to go to all the touble of digging and preparing if its just over kill for max space for the roots, but if the extra space would make it to a super, super auto(ha ha) then i will go for it. Are you sure? sorry if i broke any rules. I thought the reason of forums is to be an active member and part of the community. I have asked a valid question of a different nature about super autos . Feel quite offended to be honest with that reply. Sparrowhawk.
