Sudden withering of leaves, help me out? =(

Hey all. My Nirvana Blue Mystic Auto has suddenly run into some troubles. It's not pH based, so I'm thinking a deficiency of some kind, maybe potassium, but I'm not sure, so I thought I'd ask.
It's a plant which has been really slow growing, and over time, I've basically figured it's because I've got weak seeds, since my other attempts have also been slow growers, despite conditions being good. I'm in week 8 at the moment, and still in veg. I think maybe the scrog might have slowed it down a bit too, but not sure. This is my first time scrogging it right off the bat.
Basically, it went from spotting on the leaf margins that hadn't got worse or anything for a while to what it is now in the last few days since watering, despite the pH being fine in the watering. I then check it today, and it looks as it does in the pics, with leave tips dying and crumbling off if touched. Oh also, the damaged leaves feel all dry and papery, and a smaller one actually crumbled in my fingers.
I'll answer the questions from the sticky now.

Soil Grows - Peat Based

What is your experience level? Novice, it's not my first, but I havn't had a properly successful grow yet, though I think it's because I bought weak seeds.

Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's)
1 big 65W 6500K CFL and 1 8W 2700K CFL
.2) Distance from tops?
5-6 inches.
.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)
emergency blanket/aluminium tape around the inside of the case
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?
yes
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?
yes, two in, one powerful one out.
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule?
As above, schedule, 20 light, 4 dark.
Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)
Soil is wood mulch based, some peat in it, I've added perlite, EWC, blood and bone meal, fish meal, some epsom salts and some of that baby cereal stuff.
.8) Size of container.
10inchesLx5inchesWx5inchesH (roughly)
Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. tap water left to sit out for 24 hours, or nutrient tea every few waterings, but haven't given one for almost three weeks now, next watering was scheduled to be a tea. Water is also ph-ed since it's usually too alkaline
10) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)
digital water pH meter
11) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)
phosphoric acid (Ph Down on the bottle).
12) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. Feeding with tea, feeding once every two feeds, last feed was 22/10/2012.
13) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? Watering every two feeds, how much = until there's a small amount of runoff, which I pH test, and then pour away most of the runoff.
14) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
As before, I make a tea with molasses, liquid seaweed, blood meal, fish meal, epsom salts, EWC and a pinch of soil from the pot.
15) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? They are stable, generally between 6.3 and 6.6
16) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? 6.6 in, 6.6 out last time
17) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
I don't foliar feed.

Your growroom:
18) Indoors or outdoors?
indoors
19) What size of closet, room or hut?
It's inside a pc case, inside a cupboard
20) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?
lights on, about 26-28 degrees C, 48% humidity (I have to put it up with standing water) and lights off = ~22 degrees C, 55% humidity
21) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?
No
Your strain:
22) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)
An autoflowering blue mystic, which is mostly indica.
23) Is this an photoperiod strain?
no
24) How old is the plant?
This is week 8, day 61
25) In what life-cycle is it? Vegetative, pre-flowering, flowering, rippening?
veg - pre-flowering. It's in veg, but I *think* I see some pre-flowers.
26) From seeds or clones?
seed.

Here's some pics:

It looks like nute burn to me.Give them a flush, get rid of the burned leaves.Hold back on nutes for awhile and go very lightly when you do fertilize.

That blue mystic is an auto, and she is 61 days old and she is just now showing preflowers, what?:wiz:
She does look burnt up a bit.
Namvet has some good advice. :bong:

Why do we get rid of the burned leaves?

One reason is that they will never recover from that much nute splash/burn so the energy isnt directed in trying to repair the damage leaves just my :2cents:

I know, tell me about it >.<. I've got no idea why... my other plant was like that too, but that one had bad pH problems early on + me not really knowing what I was doing, so I thought it was just stunted, but other seeds from the same have been really slow growing too, which is making me think that either it's just not going to auto or it's a crappy seed or something like that.
Thinking of switching so the larger bulb is a 2700K and the smaller a 6500K some point soon to try and encourage it to flower. I'm even making sure to leave the dark periods entirely dark. Then again, after I deal with this, who knows? It might just start flowering.
I'm going to go remove those frazzled leaves and flush it now, thanks a bunch guys, I'll keep you all updated =).

EDIT: Just thought of something. Could the fact I'm having to pH my water be doing it? Only using the tiniest of drops of the ph Up/Down, but one is phosphuric acid, the other potassium hydroxide, so I'm just wondering, could that contribute to the nute burn, or is there not enough in there?

The Ph solution shouldnt cause nute burn if you add too much it will lock out your PH

Ah, that's good that it won't. And na, don't worry, I pH after adding the drop too, water was 6.3, 6.6 out, so I think I probably washed out something?
I took some more pictures of her as she is now. I'm actually starting to worry about that yellowness on those new growths, I'm not sure if they were there before?. Thinking I'll just wait and see if they darken out, or are they a sign of something wrong?

Here's a helpful link with a fairly broad range of pics visually characterizing cannabis ailments. The first several pics on it are over fertilization/nute burn ones, which look similar to your earlier pics: Marijuana Plant Problems. Hope things recover nicely! :hump:
