Alright so this was my first time grow indoors so i am new to indoors growing (years under my belt for outdoors). So i bought a 2x2 grow text with a BestVa 1000w led light. I have my light about 20 inches away, but my two plants simply are not growing. They are over a month old and about maybe 6 inches tall. So i figured i would give them some fox farm grow big and nothing changed. I went and bought some foxfarm big bloom and still nothing changed. I never over or under water them and my temp is 75 with the lights on and 70 with the lights off. My humidity is 40%. What is going on?

How do you measure your water pH?

Pictures help. A lot.

The taller plant is about 1.5 months old and the smaller is a month. I use the box to test my ph. You dont get perfect numbers but a general idea.

Used a pool ph tester myself and did good with it. Odd that the plants aren't bigger. Pretty sure above soil will be slow till roots get a good grow in but they grow pretty quick. Could be a lot of things causing it ph, soil type, genetics.. not experienced enuff for an educated guess.

Bigger one is definitely in the flower stage so only thing I can suggest is keep it going to get what you can and plan for the next grow.
Read up on other grow journals that are using the type of style you want and hit us up with questions. Best thing about this forum is the openers and sharing of knowledge.

Think to much light? Taller plant is a 7 year old seed of sweets blackjack so i could see why one that one. For my next grow should i use the grow big or just the big bloom? Would foxfarm kangaroots ferts help more?

I like simple so I switched to Megacrop. Did the ff trio on 1st run so I know it works and that was in crap soil ( a blend of what was left in bags, 1 was 2 years old). Went with happy frog this time and MC. Had some Dr Earth bud n bloom so a top dress of that.

Specs on light only have it drawing 105 watts from the wall so I doubt it's too strong. I'm running 2 x ts1000 plus a ts 600 in between them for 400 watts from the wall.
