Strange spots on seedling leaves

hello folks. I have some mephisto autos different strains on my balcony. All of them has some spots on the leaves , what could it be ?

Some little bug has had a little taste of them. The little white dots are where they’ve been suckling.

Hiw can i get rid of that bugs ? Does they stun the seedlings ?

You can’t get rid of them, bugs fly about outside lol! You could find a foliar spray to try and help prevent the bugs eating, something like neem oil, but there are other sprays out there. I usually grow indoors, but I’ve got my first outdoor grow going on at the moment and haven’t sprayed anything. I’ve got spots like that a over the place on my outdoor girls and they are fine.
