This is so awesome. I had to catch my breath here- All this Love balled up and concentrated takes my breath away. It reminds me how beautiful it is to be alive right now. Your posts awaken memories in me of last week...

As I mentioned before, my daughter was here with here boyfriend for a few days. Of course she brought my 4 year old grand-daughter as well. My 14 year old son and my 18 year old son came with her and are still here for another two weeks. My wife's oldest boy, also 18, was here too. Then there's my step-daughter, who's 16, my 7 year old boy and 4 year old girl and the 2 year old twin girlies, the loving wife and my simple self...

We had that extreme heat wave during the time where they were still all here. It kind of dampened our activities, so we didn't really do much more than try to stay in the shade and in the kids' wading pool. The older kids went down to the creek as often as they could. It runs through a deep gorge in the valley, lined with Beech and Pines and and mossy granite. Our village is situated around this gorge and long ago the villagers made a few wading pools in the creek. Absolutely beautiful spots to loose yourself in, just sitting and enjoying it all. It's funny, and extremely gratifying, when you point out this beauty to the kids. That little "Ah-ha!" moment that you see and feel in them when they look at things from a slightly different angle is such a rush!

But the early evenings when the sun was going down and the shade from our giant Douglas Fir in the back yard casts a shadow over the patio, swing-set, and sandbox out back was the most fun. When everyone wasn't fighting the heat, able to be more natural, we'd talk and laugh, play and jest much more comfortably and you could feel so much loving energy just crackling in the air. I was overwhelmed by it more than once. Feels something like a complete mind and body orgasm, but more, and without the sex. Just natural, awesome, and f'n radiant! This is the feeling you guys give me here. Thank you, my bothers and sisters!

My little SDs are enjoying the sun this morning. They went on "pause", it seems, for the last two days. Yesterday was a little warmer than the cold 17 degrees from the day before. It was 22 degrees, but still partly cloudy, mostly grey. Today they woke up to sunshine and since the compost was surprisingly dry, a sip of spring water. I hope the second leaves will be motivated by my intentions and that their little skinny stems will also find reason to fatten up a bit.
I wish my boys would be staying longer. My 18 year old is seriously interested in seeing how this cool bud that he's been enjoying comes to be. He's seen pics of some of the other plants I've grown and finds the plants mesmerizing. I wish he could see the whole life cycle. Oh well, maybe soon I'll show him how to do it himself. But not till I'm sure his sense of caution is strong enough. Future things...

I hope you all have a fantastic Wednesday and are keeping way cool and High! Much Love to you, AFN!
:peace: :peace: :peace:

Damn Noods, now that is a full house bud:jaw: nothing better though, than family:stylez rasta smoke:

Hi dear friends. Just a quick one to show off the wee ones.

DAY 8
It's been hot again and sunny yesterday and today. Yesterday it was 32 degress at 2:00 in the afternoon and after that it was too hot to even look at the thermometer... Today at 11:00 in the morning it was 30 degrees. It's very sunny and a little hazy, but the hazy stuff is being steadily burned away by the sun. So it's gonna be another scorcher out there. These little pots dry out very fast, get feather light by mid afternoon, so I've been giving them spring water in the morning and afternoon. Next run with my compost I'll have to add some perlite. Or maybe even mix my compost 50/50 with Plagron Light. Cool idea, that? Not cool idea? What do you guys think?

Happy Friday everyone! Much Love and Happy Growing!
 :peace:

i had a triploid on the last grow, it was supposed to be a critical jack femmed auto, but it ended up a photo female and i gave it to the medicine man because he was running a photo room. it was a huge plant, he finished it up and gave me half of the crop. 2 1/2 oz apiece.Hop digityvery good stuff! looking at your little girls, it's easy to see that your a good dad! :smokebuds:

That's cool, astro. NICE surprise.
But I'm still constantly coaxing these two to stay small. But at the same time I'm all, "Grow, you little creatures! Grow!"
But, it'll be what it will and we'll roll with it. If they do decide to be big, I'll just have to do some hard-core bending and tying down. We'll see.
:pass:

Thank you GB! Nice seeing you here my friend. :pass:

Hello my dear friends!

I just had me a sweet mixed bowl of Royal Bluematic and SBR70. Oh so spacey. :GoooAuto: I want to share some more of my little mini gro-op with you guys. For anyone interested, there's a very cool music video at the end of this little talk. Head-phones will be provided for everyone, as will ample bud throughout the whole ramble. So smoke up and let's talk about weed for just a moment, then listen to a catchy tune, Those vibrations that hit home, you know? Let the good herb add flair to it... I like it and I hope you are open for it. It's an enlightened young lady from my part of the world singing of much, much Love, filmed at the Beatles Ashram (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's ashram) on the banks of the Ganges in India.
OK, the weed part:

I got some major changes going on. After bragging about the hardiness of the Stone Dragons, I've gone and put them in the tent after the weather turned cold, windy, and rainy. There have been about three hrs of sun in total the last three days. My little triploid was getting yellow all over. That doesn't necessarily have to be a weather related deficiency. Might be the compost, but the other little one looks nice and green... Anyway, topping everything off is the fact that my landlord is outside and inside the house putting in new electric blinds. So he's all over the place with his son and an older guy -who seems to be the one who knows what he's doing, the other two just basically gofer-ing. Too risky with little baby pot plants being illegal here... Deadly little things might hurt someone! Please excuse my sarcasm, I get wound up when I think about the oppression they impose on us.

No electric blinds are being installed up in my Special Herbal Growth Room (don't say Growroom- you never know who's listening.) Oops, sarcasm again. Whatever. So it's all cool up there, safe and stealthy. But it's gonna be hot again when this cold stuff passes. August is supposed to be hot and too dry. September too hot and too dry. So it's gonna probably be too hot for them up there.

When it's 24 degrees in my room, it's 30 degrees in the tent. So when the sun comes over there in the late afternoon and blares against the poorly insulated outside walls of that room, it's gonna be intense. They had some really hot days as new hatchlings, don't forget, up to 39 degrees! So they are tough. No doubt. They were born into the fire.

The thing is this; That triploid is going to be a girl and I want her to grow! She's gonna be so sweet, and I don't want to stress her. You guys know that I'm not out for major poundage or anything. I just love growing weed and this looks like it will be a real pretty one. So if I take her out of the tent on hot days -and I call her her with definitive, certain intent- and put her outside in a safe and stealthy place -my balcony- she's back to only having a very few hrs of direct Sun every day, then shade for the rest. The way things are situated here, she'd have sun from around 8:00 in the morning till about 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon.

We'll wait and see what comes. For safety's sake, I don't want things to get too hot in the tent either. Let's just flow with it all and she'll be sweet as can be and sticky, too. :wiz:

I set the tent up yesterday and it was Day 14 for the little ones. They are happy about it! The GN MS006 is giving them much more energy than the cold gray weather was. After 24 hrs, some kelp and worm poop tea and a Fishmix shower, the yellow has all but disappeared from my pretty little Miss Three Toe's.
:thumbs: <---to GN--->:smokebuds:

Here's Two. I'll call this one Two because it has the two leaf alternating node pattern thing complicated word that I don't know going on. For some reason, I'm wanting to call this one he and him all the time. Hmmm...

noods-albums-balcony-stone-dragons-picture258614-sd-15-days02.JPG

These two are 15 Days old. Very small and just now starting to grow, really. Remember I said I wanted them to be small plants? Well, here we are. Très petites plantes de ganja.

This is Three. I call her Three because of her complicated thing that I don't know what it's called that allows her to have a tri-thing node pattern ... attributes.. and stuff. Since this compost is not too sweet, missing veggies and fruits and things like that, I think she was just letting her sensitivity show. Letting me know that she's gonna be a spoiled little Sweetie. And Three is also more feminine than Two, I think, so it's a girl.

noods-albums-balcony-stone-dragons-picture258613-sd-15-days01.JPG

As tempting as it might become, I'll not be putting these two in larger pots. I can't do anything too large, smelly, or incriminating until September. If these two stay nice and small, I can basically just stuff them in a shoe-box should untimely circumstances arise. That would be abusive and I would use one of my smaller bud boxes, of course. You know what I mean.

So here are the two of them in the tent together. It's just the 240w GN in there with two fans spiraling air from the tent flaps on the bottom up around the plants, somehow around the light and it's all being sucked out at the top by a small 185cfm axial fan that's too weak for my filter. So there's no filter hooked up. My bigger fan burned up on me right after I hooked it up. Sounded like a model airplane taking off and then there was smoke.. Thankfully it stopped itself, burned itself out I guess. Bummer, but happily no sparks or flames. I'll get a new fan in September.

Here's Two and Three is blurry in the background.

I just want to very quickly tell you about synchronicitys before we get to another round of freshly ground buds and the music feature.
I was taking pictures of my plants, noticing once again how the display on my little Kodak Digi cam flickers colorfully on and off at irregular intervals. Most of the time the display doesn't show the true colors of what you are taking pictures of. I noticed this a while ago when all the kids were here. I just thought nothing of it and since it still takes cool pics, especially outside, it's all good, right? It works, and that's ok.

So I took my pics of my plants and came downstairs to get them on the computer in the living room , or the parlor, or the great room, or whatever you choose to call it, while my wife was in the kitchen looking at the adds for sales at the store next week. I go in the kitchen to get me something to drink and what does she call to my attention? "Look here.", she says, and shows me a camera similar to what we have now, some name I don't remember, but better -bigger numbers and things- than ours. No matter, all that. It's just cool, how powerful our thoughts are and how they interact.

I wish you all a Happy Weekend and that you stay very High and full of Love!
