Nice work LB :slap:
I prefer building a grow space than watching plants grow.

Hope you got enough glue left to stick the magnets on :D

very nice project mate!!!
with my first project up ad running using a cabinet in the house which I could convert in days, I have also been thinking about a standalone cabinet. Nice to see your project and hats off you are doing some fine work there.
The fans do look quite powerful I bet its a litte noisy when they are running. I don't know if you came across already for PC's you can buy little rubber mounting for anti-vibration, it may help the noise a little. Are they removing enough air to keep the temp in range now ?

will be fun to follow your build, best of luck dude!

the fans are quite tight in the case, no space for vibrations.
and about the noise: I got a fan controller wich will adjust the speed(and noise in a way) automaticly.
so on hot summer days, it might get noisier than on a cold winterday.

at the moment the fans are pulling the hell much air out and in the box. (in at the bottom through holes)
so temp wont be a problem. Smell will be more of a problem if the fans go crazy on a hot summerday and pull too much air through the carbonfilter...

Cheers, lb

ps: I'm still waiting for some carbon and the doors. If they arrive, I will switch the SAUERKRAUT 32oz comp into this case and will do some temp research.

Great DIY LowBudge! Excellent ideas my friend. i am gonna have to try one of these one day. peace:smokebuds::slap:

what kind of lighting are you planning on having in there lowbudge, I guesse that will be the main source of heat?

they dont make any noise, and literaly not heat at all ;)
I try to get another modul, so I could run the new and the old case as well.
Just wrote a mail to the distributor, hopefully There are some modules left.
They told me, that they are selling like no tomorrow at the moment... :hot:

cheers, lb

wow, I didn't even know you can get small modules like this, very interesting! I guesse it works out very well with the height restriction. Those large heat sink must do a good job, maybe overkill if they don't even get hot mind you. I guesse for you the slimmer the lighting the better to get internal space maximized right?

great stuff can wait to see the finished product! didn't realise you had a heat mat in there also to keep the temp's up.
love a420er's quote btw.

oh yes!
90% completed

to do:
- finish carbon filter (only buy a single missing part)
- finish black/white foil glueing in (I ran out of glue^^)

currently hosting my SAUERKRAUT vs AIRPOT grow, so no need for carbonfilter yet!
