Hey everyone, I just wanted to make a public announcement that everyone should steer clear of Greybeard Seeds. We've talked about this company on here multiple times before (about all the bullshit they pull,) but yesterday I just got wind of something new and Ethos Genetics actually was the one that put out the statement lol.
A grower had purchased Ethos Genetics from Greybeard, but they came tampered in the seed packaging.
Ethos offered replacements for anyone that bought bootlegs through Greybeards:
We had a member on the forum post about Greybeard shipping Dutch Passion seeds in his own Private Label packaging:
When we contacted Dutch Passion about it, they told us they had received multiple complaints about Greybeard taking their genetics and putting their private label stickers on them. They had no permission.
Back in 2018, despite all the negative feedback we had heard, I reached out to Robin Curtis (the owner) to talk about their business and AFN. I got such a bad vibe from the guy, that I ended up saying "thanks but no thanks" at the end of the conversation. Their response to this was to get all of their Facebook moderators and troll our AFN business page on Facebook, making shitty/snarky comments about the forum and how we do business.
I highly recommend everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you support Greybeard, you support theft and bad business practices. There is just too much staggering evidence and the same stories repeated over and over on these guys, so do your due diligence and stick with reputable companies!
