Week 3 Update

Day 19
DP AutoBlackberry Kush

I topped the plant at Day 12, and started LST a couple days ago. I also removed some of the big fan leaves to encourage more shoots. I use DWC because of the control it gives me to make changes if needed. Plus water is so much cleaner than dirt!

:cheers:
I'm watching this plant. I have had my eye on it. GDP's been a long time favourite and finally it's being bred into autos!
It should be a heavy auto I have five going I hope so my man Vitaman:pass:

@Mañ'O'Green Week 3 Update:

I went from organic soil growing to DWC so pumps could do all of the heavy lifting my back just won't do any longer. I simply cannot lift a pot of soil without serious pain. Then I went to 6" rock wool cubes from DWC to solve an oxygen saturation problem in high summer temperatures here. DWC reservoirs at temperatures over 80°F simply do not hold as much dissolved oxygen as desired. The GroDan Hugo blocks pull air into the roots as they dry back eliminating this problem. Then Thanks to the GroDan rep I learned about precision drip irrigation to waste that slowly fertigates the cubes to prevent channeling and allowing the capillary action of water to wet the entire cube during the process. I run a drip to waste system in rock wool cubes. My drippers run 8 times per light period two hours after lights on to two hours before lights out. The goal is to achieve a 20% run-off of the total volume watered in one period. I am on my 5th or 6th Hugo grow and I am getting close to the yield figures for DWC and actually beat it a couple of grows back! DWC rocks if you can control the environment in tight enough parameters.

All of the girls are doing well:

@Mañ'O'Green - LIGHT GOTY Week 2 Update. :toke: My nutrients are primarily from the Greenleaf line-up; Mega crop v1, Sweet candy , Bud Explosion, and Kelp Extract. I also include a cal/mag supplement (currently using one from Advanced Nutrients). Approximately every 7 to 10 days I substitute ReCharge and SLF-100 for the feed program.

At this early phase of their growth, the only thing they're getting is a fairly diluted mix of just MegaCrop and cal/mag.

Here's the crew: Two Sweet Seeds (Black Cream & S.A.D.), two Zamnesias (AK-420 & Caramel), two Mephistos (Fantasmo Express & ManBearAlienPig), two Dinafems (both Gorillas) and then finally 4 Autoseeds (2 Berry Ryders, 1 Chemdog & 1 Purple Stilton). :thumbsup:

Week 3 Update (I will edit info ya need)
Binary Selections Blk Mrrr
Temp 80*F and RH 57
Still running Cyco Platinum Series now at full strength. Still running ReCharge 1x a week. Lights are around 18-20 inches from top branches.View attachment 1103595View attachment 1103596

Edit: I use 3gal SmartPots, I like them cause they are a little easier for me to control the feedings. And really hard to over water. The Medium I use (which still testing brands) is coco. So far I have used Canna Coco and Roots Organic Coco, And can not decide which one I like best, so I alternate between Roots And Canna. Coco also very hard to over water. Although a negative, SmartPots and Coco medium, does dry out faster as a combo and need to check to make sure coco don’t dry out completely.
