Quick pic update folks. Set of three MI5 and then the set of four DDs. Then the crazy little DD that doesn't seem to be doing well. Enjoy :D

Not sure about that one. Got some Diesel Ryder germing now waiting on the green light, so no worries if it doesn't turn out. Man I wish I had more space, I would grow a ton!

I just cursed at you on Visitor Messages telling you to get your ass over here to check it out. haha I can't believe I missed my man Growbee coming by, didn't even notice since your hours changed and all. I ain't gonna lie, this thread was pretty hot when I first dropped it. Makes me feel warm inside. Anyways, later man.

hahaha i just had to catch up..i havent checked my visitor messages yet. everything looks awesome as far as your set up man..wow youve def learned alot. doing great man!

Late check-in with a carry on :D. Observing the soilless grow with keen interest. Notebook at the ready.

Hard to tell, the pic is blurry. Does it look like is has a clear skin looking piece over the seed leafs holding them together? I don't know what it's called but I often have to take it off myself. If the seed was planted swallow, there isn't enough friction for it to come off on its on.

it looks like youve got yellowing leaf tips on one of your Mi5 babies..? is that just an illusion?

Yea yellow tipped cotyledons. I'm going to second the same question since it wasn't answered. Squid did the sickly looking seedling come up with a clear almost glue like
Film on it keeping the leaves together? I've seen it a few times. If a seed is planted to shallow it will rise above dirt with the husk or the seed skin still attached. The friction from growing up through the dirt removes the husk and skin. Most of the time I would let it go because seedlings are sensitive and you dont want to damage anything. If there is a film still stuck to the cotyledons you can lightly mist it and peel it off with a tooth pick. I've done it before just be careful. If it didn't have the film but just rose above dirt sickly and unhealthy looking it's just part of nature. Some seeds just aren't strong enough to sprout and survive. Just keep an eye on him and it is what it is. Like you said. You got more where it came from.
