Extraction Some Info on coconut Oil

Dunno why people would eat it by the spoonful, its a tasty fat! it'd be like eating a bowl of flour and then eating solid veg oil -when instead you could have doughnuts!

I love greasy food, I make oily pancakes or fry food like stir fry chickn in cocount oil and add in some cornflour to thicken it and soak up the good oil.
