They really should not poke out much. Like @Free Flow said you can try to push it back in. A lot of time though it is tapered and already air pruned so I usually clip them. Never really had any problems problems doing it that way. They are not really going to be that big.

Poke them back in and they shouldn't be but a hair size root come out I've got a couple clones been in solo cup for 2 months and there roots hasn't came out but if it's a lot of light in your grow room they shouldn't come out

Here they are only took 2 days but now we're up and running. 3 for 3 and exactly backwards [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] looks to be the first up then [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] and [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is on it's way.
