How many of you plan to lollipop or reduce number of main branches or some kind of LST?

Ok here's a look at my garden can someone tell me why these girls have no stretch I have had them sitting around plants seems like they would be reaching for light

I noticed a few years ago (mind you I run T5's) that I actually got less stretch with my lights hung higher. It seems counter-intuitive, but it's proven for me to be the rule rather than the exception My guess was that less light energy was causing them to develop more leaf and root mass instead of height.
Meh, just a theory
