Reversing a female with CS or STS is a different animal than breeding with a herm (intersex) the intersex plant will have both X & Y chromosomes. A reversed female only has Y chromosomes to pass on. Proper breeding habits do not make intersex (herm) offspring. If neither line of the parent strains have the gene, you don't get herm offspring.
The issue is poor breeding practices 50 years ago. They found breeding with herms gave you mostly femmed seeds... and it spread like wildfire. The vast majority of the popular photo strains out there have been polluted with the gene. The more we bring those genetics to auto, the more we pollute the autoflowers. Blueberry anything, gg#4, gelato, just a couple of the strains that carry the hermaphrodite gene.

That's what happens when typing while smoking. Yes XX.

Same argument goes for the occasional male popping up in a fem run, XX x XX is only XX... physically impossible to get XY. Any male came from an outside source of pollen.
