So I'm a first time grower and these are 36 days old. I've defoliated several time running light at 18/6. In 3gal pots feeding Fox Farm Trio and Cal-mag as per feeding chart. I was thinking of stopping Cal-mag. I did not top them but I did LST they are 26" to 28" talk. So if you need more info let me know and

they look awesome bro well done but don't up your feed any as most people don't go full strength with autos but you've got no burnt tips so id say your good and now just sit back and watch them mature so exciting times ahead and if calmag is in your feeding chart carry on with small amounts if not you could cut it out

So I feed evey other water at half strength of the Fox Farm chart. Fox Farm says to use all 3 of there Trio chemicals through out the grow at least after flowering. But a lot of people say different. Give me y'alls thoughts on this.

Trust the feedchart. The only thing that needs modifying is the dilution/ppm, but you seem to have that dialed in. If you mess with the ratios, you're messing with the NPK's FF has established. Sure, there's lots of decent custom formulas out there, but for new growers, best to pick a feedchart and stick with it. Like I said, then it's just a matter of diluting them properly for autos, and making sure your pH is where it should be depending on your medium.

This is worth a read: https://www.autoflower.org/threads/a-word-on-nutrients.82004/

Depending on your medium and starting water quality, you might be able to get away without the cal-mag as per the above link, but other than that, keep doing what you're doing. The plants look great :smoking:

Thanks it seems like I see and hear a lot that don't follow the chart and leave out some nutes. But it looks like so far it has been good for me. I hope I can just keep going like it is. I'm not really sure about the cal-mag. Some say use it and some say don't when making buds?

I wouldn't change anything. They look great. I personally stopped using cal mag but I know a good majority of people use it. Stick to what you've been doing, it's working.

The strain info says these are 50-60 day plants so I'm at day 36. so if I go by that its only 22 days plus or minus. I'm going to adjust all the nutes as per feeding chart like in at the last week's. I hope the buds start to do something. If I flush the last week I don't have much time to wait??

Don’t go by the breeders suggestion you’ll sell yourself short. Most autos, in my experience go 75-90 days. Make sure you either have a jewelers loupe to check trichs or a usb microscope. Trichs will tell you when they’re done.
