...the lights, too close for this stage.. not the cause here, but FYI,... get'm up to about 24" with two strong units like those,...
....HS girl looks possibly overwatered,.. was feeding done the previous day? How dry at the time of that pic? I also see some tip clawing starting,.. might be a bit of nute overload on that last round.... either way, let her be for a couple days to see how she reacts unless it's water alone, pending other info requested...
... as mentioned, 6.0 is too low for inputs and for soil in general; remember feeds are acidic too... the weird dead patches could be P defc., lockout likely,... did you get that Accurate 8 soil pH probe? This is when you need it! You know the drill, without an in-pot pH, the next step is difficult and risky to call blindly,.... flushing shouldn't be done unless dire, and pH's are still needed,....
