Can anyone tell Me what this is its only on the 1 leaf shall I chop it off???

Don't chop it if its not dying.
The leaf is telling you something but still being a leaf and drawing power. Its developed like that probably due to an imbalance somewhere.
So looking at a problem diagnostic chart...
